Hello! Welcome to Aliya’s Art Lounge, I am so glad you are here. My name is Aliya Nureen. I am 22 years old, with a passion for mental and physical health. I am NOT a licensed therapist. I am just a girl in her early 20’s that has gone through it. I have created this space to share my story, shine light on mental health and show you that you’re not alone.
