Hello! Welcome to Aliya’s Art Lounge, I am so glad you are here. My name is Aliya. I am 23 years old, with a passion for mental and physical health. I am NOT a licensed therapist. I am just a girl in her early 20’s that has gone through it. I have created this space to share my story, shine light on mental health, show you that you’re not alone and that healing is possible. I also want to share my love for travel. Traveling has been an amazing part of my healing journey, and I’d love to share my experiences with you. I want to help others, and I am hoping we can build a community together where anything is possible. This website is to help spread awareness and knowledge on mental/ physical health.
